Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) leader for Northern Florida, including Gainesville. You will oversee regional CEI teams, ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, and schedules, and drive the corporate QA framework across projects from pre-construction to final acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Guide regional CEI teams in DOT and municipal projects (milling, resurfacing, drainage, bridges, utilities).
• Lead communications between project stakeholders and enforce contract requirements and schedules.
• Assist Florida CEI units to identify and pursue profitable projects.
• Serve as project executive across multiple projects and ensure proper processes per contract requirements.
• Perform monthly CPM schedule review and approval.
• Communicate with owner reps and contractors to resolve contract challenges.
• Oversee documentation for final estimate submissions throughout construction.
