Job summary
EAC Consulting, Inc. is seeking a CEI Senior Project Engineer in Miami to lead complex CEI/inspection programs within the Construction Management Department.
The role focuses on project management, staff leadership, and client development to maintain the firm’s reputation for excellent project delivery. Ideal candidates hold a PE license with FDOT CTQP certification, six years of engineering experience (two in major road/bridge work), and excellent communication skills to manage teams and client
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- P.E. license required.
- FDOT CTQP certification required.
- Minimum six years engineering experience, two in major road and bridge construction.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Responsibilities
- Directs complex CEI/inspection programs and projects.
- Plans and organizes work of staff and subordinates.
- Reviews policies, methods, and procedures; ensures conformance with standards.
- Manages all aspects of technical quality, management, and profitability of contracts.
- Leads business development through client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
