Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead CEI project pursuits.
• Provide leadership to the construction management team.
• Manage and administer QA/QC program.

Skills

Civil Engineering degree or degree in related field

Professional Engineer in Florida or ability to obtain in 6 months

10 years' experience in construction management of civil highway and bridge projects

Preferable experience with FDOT projects

Ability to build strong relationships within FDOT

Working knowledge of FDOT procedures

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong command of construction scheduling

Strong critical thinking skills
