The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering and construction management experience with a focus on transportation in the consulting industry and/or working with, or for, public sector clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Florida required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and win pursuits for CEI opportunities with local governments and FDOT
• Provide leadership, supervision, training, and development to CEI engineers, project administrators, and inspectors
• Provide CEI Senior Project Engineer duties as per FDOT standard scope of services to current and future projects
• Lead by example in Culture, Safety, Quality, and Professionalism
