Halff Associates, Inc. has an immediate opening in our Jacksonville office for a Senior Professional Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Public Works Civil Engineering Design and infrastructure projects.

The role requires strong client communication, a solid public sector design background, and proven project management of consultant design projects. You will mentor the Site Development/Public Works Team and lead multiple projects across North Florida.

Competenze

• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required for Civil discipline.
• PM experience with ability to lead projects on schedule and on budget.
• Proven business development and client management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Servant leader, self-directed yet team oriented, with focus on quality and integrity.
• Lead Designer experience on infrastructure (roads, drainage, water/sewer, land development) projects.

Mansioni

• Mentor and grow the Site Development/Public Works Team.
• Oversee project performance including production, profitability, quality, and staffing.
• Maintain and expand relationships with public and private clients across North Florida.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities; lead successful pursuits.
• Directly manage projects and supervise production staff across multiple engagements.
• Coordinate resource sharing and project execution with Halff leaders company-wide.
