Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 6 years of construction related experience.
• All required jurisdictional certificates and state requirements.
• 4+ years of verifiable FDOT CEI experience in roadway construction (preferred).
• FDOT certifications (CTQP Asphalt I & II, CTQP Earthwork I & II, ACI Concrete Field Technician, CTQP Concrete Technician Level 2, CTQP Drilled Shaft, CTQP Final Estimates I & II, Advanced MOT).

Responsibilities

• Inspects, observes, documents, and verifies work to ensure compliance with schedule, documents, and plans.
• Confirms procedures followed and materials conform to specs.
• Performs on-site material testing and prepares as-constructed sketches as required.
• Maintains daily inspector reports of activities, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
