Oscar, a leading engineering consultant in South Florida, seeks a CEI Senior Project Engineer to lead a major highway infrastructure project. You will oversee CEI operations, guide multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with FDOT and tolling agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 7–10+ years of experience in transportation projects, strong leadership and client management skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects while maintaining

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7-10+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Strong experience with FDOT highway or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Knowledge of construction engineering, inspection, and transportation project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and technical teams.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage major highway and transportation infrastructure projects.
• Oversee CEI operations, engineering teams, project managers, and supporting personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with FDOT standards.
• Develop project management plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with FDOT, tolling agencies, contractors, subconsultants, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee project quality, technical compliance, and construction certification when required.
• Manage project financial performance, including cost control, invoicing, and additional services.
• Support business development efforts, client relationships, and project pursuits.
• Represent the firm in project meetings, presentations, and client discussions.
