Job summary

Insight Global in Miami is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Lead to steer major highway and transportation programs from planning through delivery. You will oversee project execution, staffing, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, leading engineers and support staff and coordinating with FDOT and tolling agencies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant transportation/highway engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active PE license required.
• Experience managing large, complex multidisciplinary projects.
• CEI, highway, roadway, or transportation project experience.
• Strong understanding of the project development and construction process.
• Leadership experience overseeing engineers and support staff.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects on schedule and within budget.
• FDOT project experience and tolling agency experience.
• CEI background and experience supervising project managers.
• Business development and pursuit management experience.
• Design-Build and Public-Private Partnership (P3) project experience.
• Experience with client presentations, public meetings, and proposal development.
