Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications from a State Highway Agency or NICET/ACI may be required by client or jurisdiction.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• 6 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performing both complex and routine inspections of construction to evaluate materials and processes for conformance to plans and specs.
• Uses higher grade of equipment and performs complex calculations for inspection.
• Works under supervision appropriate to assignment knowledge.
• Reviewing drawings to prepare for construction inspection.
• Documenting and communicating inspection results to supervisor.
