Job summary

Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sr Construction Engineer to lead and support the growth of the CEI practice in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will manage contracts, develop client relationships, and oversee CEI staff while ensuring high quality and compliance in project execution.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Engineering Inspection is required, along with excellent communication skills, to manage multiple projects across various projects and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Construction Engineering Inspection / Construction Management experience.
• CEI experience on NCDOT projects and/or local government transportation projects.
• Experience mentoring, training, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of WRA’s CEI practice in North Carolina.
• Manage contracts, project scopes, and staff hiring.
• Collaborate to develop and implement a growth plan.
