Qualifications

• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
• Intermediate knowledge of mathematical functions including geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to read, understand, interpret and explain construction plans and drawings, contract provisions, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Performing complex inspections of construction to evaluate materials and processes meet plans and specs.
• Uses higher grade equipment and performs complex calculations for inspections.
• Reviews drawings to prepare for construction inspection and documents results for supervisor.
• Lead and instruct junior inspectors as assigned.
• Travel as required (20%–40%).
