Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Administrative & Training Supervisor to oversee on-site instructional staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes approving timesheets, interviewing and onboarding instructors, maintaining training records, and managing training pad and road operations with a blend of hands-on and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Current Class A CDL with valid DOT medical.
• Minimum of three years verifiable over-the-road driving experience.
• Ability to obtain instructor's license from state agencies as applicable.
• Prior CDL training or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct onsite management of instructional personnel including timesheet approvals and interviewing, hiring, training, and termination as applicable.
• Assist Regional Training Manager with daily student assignments to balance training and maximize equipment use.
• Assist with implementation of approved daily training schedule and curriculum.
• Complete required documentation and attendance records timely and accurately.
• Maintain data entries in company databases and Salesforce as needed.
• Maintain equipment files and ensure accuracy of maintenance records.
• Assist with onboarding of new instructors and ensure regular attendance.
• Ensure daily DVIRs, inspections, and safety practices are followed.
• Support SAP policy progress and counseling processes as required.
• Coordinate training pad and road duties, including pre-trip inspections and post-trip records.
