NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Coordinator to join our remote CDI team as a second-level reviewer and SME.

You will manage work queues, perform post‑coding reviews, review audit recommendations, and mentor the CDI team on complex coding and queries. Requirements include an active RN license, CDI certification (CCDS or CDIP), and at least 3 years of acute hospital CDI experience (academic environment preferred).

Competenze

• Active RN license required.
• CDI certification CCDS or CDIP required.
• Minimum 3 years acute hospital-based CDI experience (academic setting preferred).
• Knowledge of CDI guidelines and compliant query practices; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Expert Review & Mentorship: act as SME and mentor CDI, Coding, and Quality teams.
• Clinical Reviews: perform second-level reviews for high-impact metrics and CDI quality.
• PSI & Query Management: review PSIs for exclusions and manage physician query escalation before discharge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with leadership and physicians to resolve complex coding and query challenges.
