Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a CDI Supervisor to support the CDI Manager in leading the Clinical Documentation Integrity team across client engagements. You will oversee daily assignments, monitor productivity, quality audits, and provider queries while ensuring effective collaboration with facility leadership and IT teams.

The role requires 5+ years of acute CDI experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with RHIA/RHIT/RN/MD credentials or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must hold RHIA, RHIT, RN, MD, or MD-equivalent clinical credentials.
• Minimum of 5 years of acute care hospital CDI experience.
• Minimum 2 years of prior management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight and leadership for CDI team operations.
• Coordinate CDI staffing to ensure adequate coverage and monitor performance metrics.
• Drive CDI technology adoption, reporting, and trend analysis.
