EisnerAmper seeks a Senior Consultant - CDBG-DR to join our Government Services Practice in the United States. The role focuses on supporting CDBG-DR engagements, ensuring compliance with HUD/ federal regulations, and guiding program design and implementation for grantees.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CDBG-DR grant management, strong policy background, and the ability to manage deadlines while engaging in business development and client advisory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of successful CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy-related role.
• Strong policy background, including 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570 compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support CDBG-DR consulting engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Assist clients in maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Federal Register Notices.
• Design and implement disaster recovery programs meeting eligibility requirements and National Objective.
• Draft and evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Develop policies and procedures compliant with regulations and grants.
• Ensure timely development of client deliverables.
• Engage in business development activities and respond to RFPs.
