EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Consultant - CDBG-DR in our Government Services Practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong familiarity with the U.S.

Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program and a proven track record of supporting complex programs in a compliance or policy-related role. Candidates must have experience working with state and/or local CDBG-DR grantees with knowledge of and experience with HUD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy role.
• Strong knowledge of 2 CFR 200, 24 CFR 570 and related federal regs.

Responsibilities

• Support CDBG-DR engagements from planning through delivery.
• Maintain client compliance with HUD regs and Federal notices.
• Design disaster recovery programs meeting eligibility and National Objective.
• Assess methods of program implementation and design.
• Draft or review grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Develop policies and procedures aligned with regulations.
• Ensure timely, accurate client deliverables.
• Support business development, attend conferences and proposals.
