EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Consultant - CDBG-DR in its Government Services Practice. The role targets individuals with strong CDBG-DR program know-how and a proven compliance or policy background across HUD regulations.

Remote or hybrid work options are available for candidates near our local offices. Responsibilities include supporting planning, execution, and delivery of CDBG-DR engagements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with program design and implementation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of successful CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy-related role.
• Strong policy background, including 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570 compliance requirements, as well as applicable Federal Register Notices.

Responsabilidades

• Support CDBG-DR consulting engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Assist clients in maintaining compliance with HUD regulations and related notices.
• Help design and implement disaster recovery programs meeting eligibility requirements and National Objective.
• Determine methods of program implementation and design based on project needs.
• Draft or evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for regulatory compliance.
• Develop policies and procedures aligned with regulations and grantee actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate development of client deliverables.
• Engage in business development, including conferences and proposal responses.
