NTT DATA is seeking a Senior CCWIS Consultant for a remote-based role supporting child welfare modernization initiatives, with up to 25% travel to Concord, NH. You will translate CCWIS requirements, support procurement, and later perform IV&V activities to assess vendor processes and deliverables.

The role requires deep CCWIS knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and experience guiding complex healthcare and human services implementations, ensuring compliance with federal CCWIS standards

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience supporting health and human services information technology, child welfare programs, case management systems, or comparable system modernization initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role on a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) implementation.
• Experience with system requirements definition and analysis, performance measurement, and technical considerations including enterprise architecture, network communications, infrastructure development, and interoperability.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior CCWIS and child welfare subject matter expert, advising project leadership, business, IT, and multidisciplinary project teams on federal CCWIS requirements, child welfare program needs, and their application throughout procurement and implementation.
• Lead and support the development, decomposition, refinement, validation, and traceability of business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria needed to support CCWIS procurement and subsequent implementation.
• Assess requirements, scope, future-state capabilities, and proposed solution approaches against CCWIS requirements, technical bulletins, and program needs.
• Develop and facilitate as-is and to-be CCWIS business processes, identifying changes to policy, practice, roles, workflows, workload, information needs, and system functionality, and support Organizational Change Management activities.
• Provide CCWIS and child welfare subject matter input to strategic planning, roadmap development, and Advance Planning Document activities, ensuring alignment with federal requirements and program priorities.
• Support procurement development and evaluation by reviewing requirements, use cases, procurement documents, evaluation materials, and proposed solution approaches for completeness and traceability.
