Job summary

Objectways in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CCaaS solutions with Five9 and Google Cloud Platform. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to architect scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based contact center solutions.

You will lead integration projects, drive CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and ensure compliance and performance across the stack, including data privacy and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Design and implement scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions leveraging Google Cloud and Google CX (Dialogflow CX).
• Architect secure, resilient cloud infrastructure on GCP with IAM, VPC, encryption and multi-region HA.
• Lead Five9 CCaaS integrations (ACD, routing, omnichannel, dialer, campaigns).
• Experience with Agile development, CI/CD, and DevOps, including GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize software solutions with CCaaS, Five9, and GCP focus.
• Architect solutions and automate infrastructure for enterprise-grade customer experiences.
• Integrate Five9 with CRMs/CTI and ensure secure, scalable operations.
