Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in the United States seeks a Sr. Catering Sales Manager to drive social events and weddings, maximize the banquet space, and exceed sales goals through expert catering knowledge.

Reporting to the Director of Events, you will lead the Catering team, negotiate with clients, coordinate local marketing, and ensure flawless guest experiences from contract to event execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Catering Sales, Weddings, or related F&B sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & F&B Management or related field.
• 4 years of leadership in Wedding/Event Management in resort/hotel.
• Experience with hotel sales and catering systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursues leads and closes social event and wedding business.
• Directs Catering team to meet sales goals and performance objectives.
• Coordinates local marketing and attends events.
• Negotiates and secures social event & wedding agreements.
• Ensures accurate catering paperwork and BEOs; communicates with departments.
• Maintains guest satisfaction and professional image at all times.
