Sodexo is seeking a Senior Catering Manager 4 for a multi-unit Washington, DC campus account. This contingent role will lead catering operations, develop client relationships, and drive growth across teams to ensure memorable client experiences and optimized profitability.

The role requires 3 years of management and related experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Compensation ranges from $89,250 to $115,500 per year, with Sodexo benefits and an emphasis on leadership and policy

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of catering operations for multi-unit campus accounts.

• Collaborate across teams and regions to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Develop menus and manage costing to balance creativity, quality, and profitability.
