Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years management experience.
• 3 years related experience.
• ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across multi-unit environments and high-volume accounts.
• Develop menus and recipe ideas; lead hands-on training.
• Coach and develop talent; manage staffing, performance reviews, hiring decisions.
• Ensure food safety standards and use of culinary management systems.
