Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Senior Catering & Sales Manager to drive social and corporate catering with and without guest rooms. You will average 50% corporate group bookings and 50% social events, negotiating with clients and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure flawless events.

A flexible schedule including weekends is required to manage peak events and drive revenue. Responsibilities include soliciting new business, finalizing banquet details, site tours, and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years catering sales experience or 2 years in hotel catering/convention services, banquet, hotel sales or culinary arts.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell and detail social and corporate catering events with and without guest rooms.
• Oversee banquet and catering events; coordinate menus, bar setup, room arrangements.
• Solicit new business daily; negotiate contracts; review and finalize details.
• Maintain clear communication across all hotel departments for each event.
• Meet or exceed monthly booking, appointment and solicitation goals.
