The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant field, strong organizational skills, and a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in catering sales, hotel convention services, or banquet management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage social and corporate catering events, including guest rooms.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate room setups.
• Collaborate with hotel departments for flawless event execution.
• Generate new business and finalize Banquet Event Orders.
• Monitor budgets and implement strategies to increase revenue.
