Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Senior Catering & Sales Manager to drive social and corporate catering sales for our Jersey City hotel. You will balance banquet, guest room, and event services while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

The role requires flexible weekends and seasonal schedule shifts, with responsibilities spanning contract negotiation, menu planning, and coordinating hotel departments to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years catering sales experience or 2 years in hotel catering/convention services, banquet, hotel sales or culinary arts.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell and detail social and corporate catering events for the hotel, including guest rooms and banquet services.
• Negotiate with clients, coordinate with departments, and finalize arrangements with clear written communications.
• Solicit new business daily, manage contracts, review and negotiate BEOs, and ensure exceptional guest service before, during, and after events.

2 years catering sales / hotel catering services / banquet / hotel sales / culinary arts experience
