Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, contract negotiations, and event execution across diverse functions, with a flexible weekend schedule during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years catering sales experience, or 2 years in hotel Catering/Convention Services, Banquet, Hotel Sales or Culinary Arts.

Responsibilities

• Sell and detail social and corporate catering events with and without guest rooms for the hotel.
• Negotiate with clients, meetings and other functions, all arrangements, updating departments in writing to assure success.
• Solicit new business daily and coordinate local marketing efforts to maximize hotel revenues.
• Provide site tours of banquet facilities and ensure high level of service before, during and after events.
