Bars & Recreation is seeking a Senior Catering & Event Captain in Milwaukee to lead catering and event teams across onsite and offsite events. The role focuses on coordinating with culinary, sales, and operations teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, manage timelines, and ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction throughout each event. A robust benefits package accompanies the position.

Competenze

• Minimum three years of hospitality, banquet, catering, or event operations experience.
• Previous Banquet Captain or catering leadership experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Mansioni

• Serve as the Banquet Captain for onsite and offsite catered events.
• Lead banquet setup, service, room flips, and event breakdown.
• Supervise Crew Members, Crew Leads, Senior Crew Leads, and other support personnel during events.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients, vendors, and venue representatives throughout event execution.
• Coordinate event timelines withSales, Culinary, Operations, and FLT teams for seamless events.
• Ensure food presentation and beverage service meet quality standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues.
• Assist with food and beverage service and event execution.
• Coordinate equipment, supplies, and transport between facilities.
