Job summary

Compass Group USA in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Catering Captain to coordinate catering staff schedules, ensure timely service, and assist with setup and serving at events.

You will work evenings and weekends as needed, driving a truck may be required for deliveries, and prior event catering and leadership experience is desired. The position offers a free uniform and a shift meal.

Qualifications

• Previous event catering and leadership experience required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit where required by state law.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure functions are delivered on time.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision of Catering Director.
• Shows staff setup and service standards and resolves issues at events.
