Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Walmart Category Management Advisor for the Rogers, AR office in a hybrid role. You will support category management initiatives, develop shopper insights, and collaborate with Walmart buyers and cross-functional partners to grow category performance.

Required: 4+ years in Category Management or data analytics in the CPG industry, Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years' experience in Category Management or data analytics in the CPG industry.
• IRI or Nielsen syndicated data experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Problem solving & Analytical ability.
• Strong technical skills (ProSpace, Excel, Access, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Support modular relay process including drawing of modulars with Walmart Advisor Team Lead.
• Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to Walmart buyers on distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing.
• Develop strong relationships with Walmart Buyers and cross-functional partners.
• Support design of compelling category, shopper, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights from market data.
• Assist in communicating insights and integrating them into customer plans.
• Travel approximately 10% for customer and team meetings.
• Work in Campbell Rogers AR Office 3 days a week (hybrid).
