Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Walmart Category Management Advisor to support strategic category initiatives and drive growth through insights and planogram development. You will work with Walmart buyers and cross-functional teams to deliver category strategies and shopper insights in a hybrid role based in Rogers, AR.

The role requires 4+ years in CPG data analytics or category management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with ProSpace, Excel, and Access.

How you will make history here...

As a member of the Walmart Category Management Advisor Team, you will be responsible for supporting key strategic category management initiatives and projects including store specific planograms for important categories at Walmart. Responsibilities include working to deliver the most effective category, shopper, and channel-specific insights to drive category growth. Additionally, the role is expected to play a key role in the usage and development of tools and capabilities.

What you will do...

• The role supports the modular relay process including the drawing of modulars in conjunction with the Walmart Advisor Team Lead.
• Supporting advisership of a key strategic category at Walmart, responsible for providing strategic and tactical recommendations to Walmart buyers on the Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing to improve category performance.
• Develop strong working relationships with Walmart's Buyers and Walmart cross‑functional partners.
• Responsible for supporting design compelling category, shopper, and consumer insights.
• Working together with the Walmart Advisor Team Lead will provide support to Walmart Buyers in developing an integrated category strategy.
• Interacts with cross‑functional teams to provide strategic actionable insights based on market data analysis and insights.
• Supports communication strategy to implement key research insights into plans at the customer level.
• Provides input into customer planning cycle based on knowledge of category and shopper trends, competitive issues, etc.
• Works closely with cross‑functional groups including Buyers, Replenishment, Modular Planning, Space Planning, customer teams, and HQ category management.
• Ability to serve on a trusted category advisor team to customer

Location and Travel

This position will work in the Campbell Rogers AR Office 3 days a week (hybrid role).

Due to the nature of the position, modular work may require manual labor and heavy lifting not to exceed 30 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

• The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $87,900-$120,900.
• Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
