Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of CPG, retail, category management, shopper insights, or related experience.
• 3+ years of Walmart category management or insights experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer and internal relationships; coach talent and lead through ambiguity.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, customer-facing selling stories, and strategic recommendations for Walmart decisions.
• Facilitate buyer onboarding, internal alignment, and cross-functional education on Walmart category strategies and priorities.
• Lead category analytics, attribution, and insight development for line reviews, innovation events, and strategic projects.
• Translate complex data into clear, prioritized, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop assortment, shelving, clustering, planogram, merchandising, and omnichannel growth recommendations.
• Monitor competitive activity and Walmart marketplace changes to identify risks and opportunities.
