Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 10+ years in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Revenue Growth Management or Strategic Finance within Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Proven forecasting, financial planning and cross-functional business partnering.
• Strong pricing strategy, portfolio management, trade investments knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and BI tooling experience (Power BI/Tableau/Planful).

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning processes and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
• Own AOP, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting across Revenue, Gross Margin, SG&A, EBITDA, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet.
• Lead monthly business performance reviews with root-cause analysis, risks, opportunities and executive reporting.
• Develop robust financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Accounting to improve forecast accuracy and strengthen decision making.
• Drive pricing governance, price realization, promotional effectiveness, and portfolio optimization across brands, customers, channels, and SKUs.
