Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in Duluth, GA seeks a senior procurement leader to drive category management across assigned spend areas and to coach a team of Category Sourcing Managers to outperform expectations. You will ensure the contract portfolio is current and robust while leveraging buying power to maximize value for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; five+ years in Sourcing/Procurement.
• Experience in contract development, negotiation, and vendor management over $50M annual value.
• Preferred CPSM certification; MBA or postgraduate degree; experience with data-center providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a world-class category management strategy across assigned categories.
• Coach and develop a team of Category Sourcing Managers to outperform expectations.
• Lead execution of ongoing category management activities to achieve business objectives and value targets.
• Negotiate supply opportunities and improve commercial terms with vendors.
• Participate in QBRs and provide guidance on best practices.
