Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking a Manager, Category Sourcing to lead execution of corporate sourcing across direct and indirect categories, including Electrical, Mechanical, SG&A, IT, MRO, and Facilities Maintenance depending on assignment.

You will negotiate complex programs, own enterprise agreements, and communicate value propositions to business units. The Manager will mentor Category Sourcing Managers and collaborate with senior leaders to drive cost savings and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of sourcing, procurement, and/or supply-chain experience.
• Experience in contract development, execution, negotiation, and management of vendor relationships over $50M annually.
• Experience leading a team of category sourcing professionals.
• CPSM certification or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a world-class category management strategy across assigned categories.
• Coach and develop a team of category sourcing managers to outperform expectations.
• Lead execution of category management activities to achieve business objectives and benefit targets.
• Ensure assigned categories contract portfolio is current and robust.
• Negotiate supply opportunities with vendors in assigned categories.
• Support line of business and participate in QBRs; provide guidance to the team.
