Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance.
- Six+ years of sourcing or procurement experience.
- Advanced negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with labor contracts and managed services contracts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develops procurement practices enterprise-wide and category strategies.
- Leads RFx process including project management, negotiations and award.
- Contracts: review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and Master Agreements.
- Maintain procurement processes and supplier performance reviews.
- Support regulatory/compliance reporting and supplier risk management.
