Job summary

Koch Companies is seeking a Sr. Category Manager / Category Manager to support Sam’s Club, based in Bentonville/Rogers, AR or Atlanta, GA.

The role drives category-first strategies, builds retailer and shopper insights, and delivers actionable recommendations to grow market share and profitability. The candidate will analyze data from Circana/IRI, Madrid, Kantar and other sources, lead business planning, and collaborate with HQ to implement best-in-class strategies for Sam’s Club priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
5 years of work experience in a Consumer Products Goods company.
2 years of work experience in a Category Management or similar analytical role.
Experience in creating and presenting business stories rooted in data.

Responsibilities

Enhance Sam’s Club relationship and position as a category-first thought leader.
Evaluate category and shopper data to draw insights and craft actionable recommendations.
Drive growth through assortment, pricing, and promotion analyses.
Develop knowledge of products, attributes, and competitive trends for assigned categories.
Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders to influence outcomes.
Collaborate with HQ teams to support best-in-class Georgia-Pacific strategies for Sam’s Club.
Promote capabilities like Joint Business Planning, Omni Channel, and Commercial Innovation.
