Qualifications

• Alternatively, 5 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, or related area.
• Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long‑term business objectives across travel products.
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities and analyze daily performance to meet targets.
• Lead supplier negotiations, establishing terms, pricing, and performance metrics for profitability and price leadership.
• Oversee assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions to optimize category performance across channels.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align channel strategies and support supply chain and merchandising operations.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance category execution.
