Georgia-Pacific Corp. is seeking a Sr. Category Manager / Category Manager to lead category strategies for Sam's Club, based in Bentonville/Rogers, AR or Atlanta, GA. You will analyze retailer and shopper data, develop data-driven recommendations, and present actionable stories to grow market share and profitability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and leadership in key customer engagements, supporting business planning and strategy deployment for Sam's Club priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in a Consumer Products Goods company.
• 2+ years in a Category Management or analytical role.
• Experience creating and presenting data-driven business stories.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance Georgia-Pacific's relationship with Sam's Club to be viewed as a category-first thought leader.
• Evaluate category and shopper data from multiple sources to draw insights and present actionable recommendations.
• Leverage curiosity and strategic problem-solving to drive growth for Georgia-Pacific at Sam's Club.
• Drive improvements in the business through assortment, pricing, and promotion analyses.
• Build comprehensive knowledge of products, attributes, strategies, and market trends for assigned categories.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with HQ teams to provide data and a strong POV for best-in-class strategies for Sam's Club priorities.
• Drive positive change by deploying capabilities: Joint Business Planning, Omni Channel, and Commercial Innovation.
