Kinder’s is seeking a Director of Category Management – Walmart Inc. in Bentonville, AR. You will lead the category insights and analytics for Walmart and Sam’s Club, turning data into actionable recommendations and strong customer stories.

This role requires 7–10 years in category management with Walmart/Sam’s Club experience, plus leadership and strong Excel/PowerPoint capabilities. The position offers a hybrid work model with travel and a substantial compensation package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• 7–10 years experience in category management, customer analytics, or insights with major retailers.
• Strong knowledge of Walmart and/or Sam’s Club data, merchandising practices, and category review processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Category Management team for Walmart and Sam’s Club; set priorities and standards for customer presentations.
• Build repeatable processes, reporting, and tools to speed and improve analysis and category recommendations.
• Identify trends to reveal growth opportunities and develop recommendations for assortment, shelf space, merchandising, and pricing.
