Job summary

Delek US Holdings seeks a Category Management professional to develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple spend areas. You will leverage market intelligence to optimize supplier pools and reduce risk, reporting to the Sr. Director – Category Management.

This role can work remotely with a preference for Tennessee or Texas. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in category management and 10+ years in procurement-related roles, with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience in Industrial Contractor Services and Turnaround Maintenance.
• 6+ years in data analysis, market intelligence, or similar.
• 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, or contract management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high‑complexity categories to deliver financial value.
• Lead strategic sourcing from market intelligence to contract execution.
• Mentor category resources for key initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders on category plans.
• Perform ongoing market analysis and spend analytics.
• Drive sourcing initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Develop business cases with market data and objectivity.
• Engage site stakeholders to define demand and risks.
• Communicate changes and status with stakeholders.
• Align with site SCM activities to category strategy.
• Identify opportunities for savings and risk reduction.
• Use prescribed supply chain tools and templates.
