Qualifications

• 5+ years in Category Management, Merchandising, or Buying.
• Deep experience in DTC E-commerce is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Animal Health, Equine, or Farm industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic assortment and product mix, balancing national brands with private-label products.
• Develops private-label opportunities to protect margins and drive loyalty.
• Leads pricing strategy, MAP governance, and supply chain resilience.
• Collaborates with e-commerce/marketing to optimize PDPs, SEO, and cross-sell.
• Mentors Category Management team and represents the brand at industry events.
