Job summary

Owens & Minor seeks a senior Category Manager IV to lead indirect procurement across consulting, tax, audit, and financial advisory services. You will develop multiyear category strategies, run end‑to‑end sourcing events, and guide executives through complex negotiations.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with Legal, Finance and GC, and drive sustainable cost reductions while managing risk and supplier performance in a highly confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; procurement certification preferred.
• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related field.
• Proven track record leading negotiations and category strategies across indirect services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies for indirect spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events including RFPs and negotiations.
• Manage key supplier relationships and drive cost reductions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and business leaders to manage risk.
