Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Chicago, IL is seeking a Sr. Category Manager to advance beer category growth. You will build trusted retailer relationships, develop insights from syndicated and shopper data, and craft compelling selling stories for internal and external stakeholders.

You will influence opportunities with the Sales team, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and present insights persuasively to drive the Beer category forward in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Must be local to Chicago, IL.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to work with large data sets.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint to organize data and present insights.
• Experience with syndicated data and shopper panel data helps build compelling selling stories.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationship with retailer as trusted Category advisor across all areas of the Beer business.
• Develop impactful category analyses and consumer insights using a range of data sources.
• Synthesize learnings to create clear, impactful selling stories in PowerPoint.
• Educate internal teams and external customers on growth opportunities through clear communications.
• Partner with the Sales team to engage retailer buying teams in defined territories to grow the Beer category.
