Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Procurement, Engineering, or Category Management.
• Proven experience in global negotiations and category leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and establish global category strategies for Advanced Packaging Material (HBM/wafer-level packaging).
• Lead market intelligence, supplier landscape, pricing models, and cost curves.
• Drive supplier relationships, executive reviews, and risk governance.
• Lead sourcing events/RFQ processes and contract negotiations, including cost modeling and TCO.
