COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Catastrophe Claims Consultant to serve as a first responder on a dedicated CAT claims team. You’ll investigate and settle personal and commercial property claims in the field, with extensive travel and on-call deployment across the country, including the St.

Louis area. The role is predominantly field-based (up to 90%) with some office work, requires a valid driver’s license and a Part 107 drone license within 5 months, and offers a base pay range with an incentive

Qualifikationen

• Seven+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Aufgaben

• Responds to deployment directives and travels to catastrophe areas and areas with claims assistance needs to evaluate, negotiate, and settle personal and commercial lines property claims in various geographic locations.
• Investigates and completes physical inspections of property claims, evaluates damages, and prepares written estimates according to policy provisions.
• Initiates first contact with insureds and all relevant parties to gather basic information, obtain recorded statements and explain the overall claims process.
