COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Catastrophe Claims Consultant to serve as a first responder on a nationwide CAT claims team. The role involves extensive travel, deployment to catastrophe areas, and field investigations of personal and commercial property claims.

Normal schedule features long stretches on-site with twelve-hour days and periods away from home as needed. Base pay ranges are disclosed, with eligibility for an incentive plan.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to deployment directives and travels to catastrophe areas to evaluate, negotiate, and settle personal and commercial lines property claims in various geographic locations.
• Investigates and completes physical inspections of property claims, evaluates damages, and prepares written estimates according to policy provisions.
• Initiates first contact with insureds and all relevant parties to gather basic information, obtain recorded statements and explain the overall claims process.
