Neta Scientific, Inc. seeks a Catalog Data Analyst to join the Operations team in Marlton, NJ in a hybrid role. You will help keep the company’s digital product catalog accurate and easy to use across internal systems and customer-facing platforms.

You will organize and improve complex product information through validation, reconciliation, and structured updates to catalog data workflows, collaborating with Web, IT, Pricing, Customer Service, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of catalog/product data experience in e-commerce or data operations.
• Strong Excel and data-management skills with large datasets.
• Familiarity with CMS/PIM/ERP systems or e-commerce product information.

Responsibilities

• Support publication and ongoing maintenance of accurate product data across digital catalogs and customer platforms.
• Maintain product hierarchies and ensure information stays current across attributes, descriptions, specifications, and related fields in CMS/catalog systems.
• Work with large supplier/product files, standardizing, cleansing, mapping, and validating information for system loads and customer needs.
