Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Riverside, CA seeks a seasoned Claims Senior Casualty Adjuster to manage moderate to high complexity liability and property claims. You will investigate, evaluate coverage, and negotiate resolutions while adhering to laws and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations (phone/field) to determine liability and damages.
• Explain benefits, coverages, fault, and claims process to insureds and claimants.
• Evaluate claim values from property, bodily injury, and liability data.
• Negotiate within settlement authority to resolve claims.
• Maintain and update claim files in company systems (CACS, HUON, HOC, GUIDEWIRE).
• Assist in controlling expenses for areas of responsibility.
• Verify coverage and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Independently resolve claims within authority.
