Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 10+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields.
• Experience with cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern software languages.
• Proven ability to review AI-assisted recommendations with attention to resiliency and security.
• Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across the software lifecycle, including design, implementation, and delivery.
• Develop AI-assisted frameworks to speed infrastructure delivery and tooling.
• Build automation and self-service tools for Cassandra across clouds (private and public).
• Collaborate with teams to align engineering strategies and goals.
• Lead reuse-first adoption of AI practices in delivery and automation, ensuring validation and auditability.
