Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 21.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Security Officer or 6 months as a Security Supervisor.
• Nevada Gaming Control Board Gaming Registration.
• Read/Write English.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License.
• Identification that establishes identity and right to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Security Officers and plan schedules and staffing within shifts.
• In absence of the Security Director/Manager, determine deployments and priority assignments.
• Inspect and evaluate officers for alertness and appearance; correct deficiencies.
• Conduct routine patrols and investigations; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain high quality guest service and protect assets, guests, and team members.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork across departments.
